How To Check Your Event Viewer

1. Right-Click on My Computer. Select Manage
   
   
   
   
2. The Computer Management Console will appear. Under System Tools, select Event Viewer.  The Event Viewer will have at least 3 major catagories: Application, System and Security. There are 3 types of events that will occur: Information, Warnings and Errors. Information is ok. Warnings can be indicators for future problems. Errors indicate that something is wrong. While occassional errors may be ok, a large number of errors means significant problems.
